We believe that fitness is 30% of the overall body wellness plan. Proper nutrition and State of mind are the other two aspects. However, there is a symbiotic relationship between all three. Working on each one helps bring the body into a better balance. Each little step that we make towards total-body wellness is one step closer to optimal living. Bringing the body into balance has dramatic psycho-social impact and how a person or the world may perceive that person. Work daily on being a little bit better then you were the day before, the rewards will be self-evident.
